Payment

All prices for goods and postage are shown in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include GST.  We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The default payment option is by credit card.  We accept Visa or Mastercard.  Your card will be charged upon payment processing.  We do not store credit card details.  Australian customers can opt to pay via cheque, money order or electronic deposit if they prefer.

Stock Availability

At Alkmini we try to keep all items in stock so we can service your order quickly. If, for any reason, we cannot supply a product immediately we will contact you via email or phone and advise you of the next availability or alternative. 

Shipping 

We despatch goods within 24 hours of your payment / cheque clearance, if all items are in stock. This excludes weekends and public holidays. Your order should arrive between 3 - 5 days within Australia.  All items are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

Should you have a request for an urgent delivery, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

ALKMINI offers a flat rate delivery of $7.95.  This one off fee includes all handing and postage charges.
This rate is relevant to Australian deliveries only; please contact us directly for international shipping rates.  To provide a cost effective method of postage ALKMINI uses the services of both Australia Post and a courier service.

Missing Parcels

On the rare occasion that a parcel does not arrive within the prescribed destination time:

  • Check for a courier calling card, these do misplace easily and are prone to being blown away or eaten by snails.
  • Contact your local PO or Mail Centre
  • Contact ALKMINI. 

Incorrect Delivery Address & Returned Parcels

In the instance where an incorrect address is provided or a parcel has been returned to ALKMINI as undeliverable, an extra charge of $5.00 will apply to post again.

Returns

If for any reason you're unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for an exchange or refund within 7 days of shipment.  We need a copy of your receipt to be included in the return.  Items must be unused and all packaging and labels in tact.  

We cannot accept sale items that are no longer stocked.

Unsuitable gifts can be exchanged for something more suitable.

Please note it will be the buyer's obligation to cover all additional postage costs. 

Faulty Goods

The occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is very rare.  However, should it occur we will try to minimise any inconvenience and work out the best possible solution for you, whether it be a replacement or refund.

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods.
